Information for Referrers (GP or Specialist)

The Spine & Joint Centre is specialized in diagnostics and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. In view of her back ground, the SJC focuses on patients with severe, chronic low back pain, pelvic girdle pain and neck pain. In case of acute low back-pelvic girdle-or neck pain we advise treatment by a paramedical therapist. However, in case treatment by a paramedical therapist is not efficacious, you may want to contact the Spine & Joint Centre for diagnosis and possibly further treatment.

In consultation with health care insurance companies we need a written referral in which stated that your patients has been treated previously by a paramedical therapist without sufficient results.
